Terms Of Service

  1. Countessa’s Closet ® will, if in stock, ship your items within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

  2. Your credit card will NOT be processed, or debited until your order has been shipped.

  3. If an item you have elected to purchase is NOT in stock, you will receive e-mail informing you of the expected date of delivery. It is your option at this time to either cancel the order, or continue with your purchase, as ordered. At any time you may contact Countessa’s Closet™ via e-mail or telephone to inquire as to the status of your order, or to request a partial shipment. It is not necessary to respond to the e-mail notification if you simply wish to receive your purchase upon availability. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of your email notification of a backorder item, we will ship your purchase as soon as it becomes available.

  4. All sales are deemed as final, other than described in our Merchandise Return Policy. Unlike some other retailers, Countessa’s Closet™ cannot, and will not offer any item for sale that has been sold and returned, previously worn, rented or used in any way.

  5. As Countessa’s Closet®  not only a fashion boutique, but the home of the world famous designer - the Countessa, certain fashion items are offered as custom designs, tailored fits, and one of a kind originals. All special orders, whether for custom designs, Countessa’s originals, or other special order merchandise will require a 25%, non-refundable deposit at the time of the order.

  6. 24 hour Customer Service is available at customerservice@countessascloset.com. You may also reach the shop by telephone, if necessary, Tuesday through Saturday, 1PM to 8 PM  Call at Customer serviece (818) 763 - 9806 Pacific Time. When contacting customer service, please have your order (invoice) number to assist us in helping you.

Privacy: Countessa’s Closet™ maintains a strict privacy policy as pertains to our customers and all transactions. Information on pending or past orders will not be given to anyone but the purchasing individual. Countessa’s Closet™ will never release, sell, share, or otherwise disclose any information regarding our customers, including email addresses, names, any and all forms of contact information or purchasing history to anyone but the customer.  Your Privacy is Important To Us.
